Performance Analyst - Outside IR35 - Fully Remote
Opus have partnered with a client who are looking for a Performance Analyst to join their team, working on a Central Government programme of work.
The programme is now underway with a structured target operating model, but now requires a Performance Analyst to step in and ensure the performance of the programme's day-to-day operation. As the successful Performance Analyst you'll be working autonomously to capture data (both quantitiave and qualitative) and display it clearly within a dashboard (which you'll need to come up with yourself). You will be analysing this data and reporting it to stakeholders. You will also be tasked with creating reports and surveys.
Skills:Experience working in a Performance Analyst on public sector programme of work
Experience gathering and analysing qualititave and quantitative data
Experience reporting data to stakeholders with clear and succinctly
Experience working on digital programmes with technical and/or design teams
