We are looking for a Barista to join our Customer Service team in Belfast. The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Your barista skills will offer a quality experience, crafting outstanding cups of coffee every time
- Your resilience will help to exceed the store KPI’s through upselling
- You will work with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness
Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral, able to build effective relationships with, and relate to people at all levels and with diverse backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,881.00-£25,409.00 per year
