As a Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in tracking and monitoring food trends and performance. Through data reporting and extraction, you'll uncover valuable insights that will guide our decision-making processes. You'll also have the opportunity to manage the financial performance of our food services P&Ls, benchmarking against industry standards and implementing improvement initiatives where needed.
Moreover, you'll collaborate with the Operations Performance team to provide costings for key accounts, contributing to their retention, growth, and exploring new business opportunities. Your expertise will make a significant impact on our operations and help shape our future success.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation of or dissemination of Dashboards, Trackers and Reports to key
- Consolidate the monthly performance of Food Business for the Head of Food and Ops Performance Team and other monthly reports as required
- Work with the Performance team to provide commercial advice to the Head of Food, Operations Performance Food functions and Business Segments
- To work with the Performance team and Transformation team to provide the highest levels of AI , data and data analysis to support informed decision making across the business
- To support data analytical training where applicable across Ops Performance and the wider business
- Oversight and ownership of the provision of monthly financial reporting and analysis
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Analytical background and experience
- Ideally has a working knowledge of generic retail focused KPIs, has worked in a retail or cash sales environment and understands the interplay between multiple KPIs within a Food Retail, Contract Catering or FMCG environment
- Thorough knowledge of Excel – to include - Data Analysis, Forecasting, Charting and Graphing & Data Management
- Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint – to help with the visualisation of the data story
