The People Team Coordination Intern will be part of the People Team, reporting directly to the Director of People, EMEA and perform various administrative tasks to assist with the daily operations, as well any key projects as required during their internship.
The People team consists of several teams including but not limited to the Talent acquision, Talent Development, HR Partnering, Operations and Total Rewards teams: all supporting functions across manufacturing, sales, delivery, service and general and administration (support functions). As a People Team Coordinator intern, you will have the opportunity to get familiar with different projects and tasks across the team, working in close collaboration with the People leadership team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to Director of People EMEA and other people team leadership as needed; including but not limited to scheduling meetings; taking meeting minutes; preparing presentations and relevant documents etc. as needed.
- Supporting in creation and coordinate internal communications and programs
- Support in design and delivery of key People EMEA team engagement and initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with various internal and external to People team stakeholders to support I delivery of key tasks and programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence, and automation
- Participate in team projects and ad-hoc requests
- Currently enrolled in a degree in HR or relevant field
- C1 level in English (written and verbal skills), any other European language is considered a plus
- Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
- Proactive work mentality
- The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills essential
- Active student status during the 6-month internship
- A strong team player
