The Role…
Soho House is undergoing a period of significant change as it is redesigning the way it provides service to the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to join us as a HR Systems Project Manager and help us shape a new way of delivering high-quality service and supporting the implementation of a new Global HRIS system (Ceridian Day Force). The role will be based at the London Support Office and will report to the Head of People Systems with whom they will work to ensure we create an industry-leading People function.
Responsibilities…
- Project manage the global rollout of our new HRIS system, Ceridian Day Force.
- Spearhead and drive the People Systems strategy across the UK and Europe regions, implementing efficient and digitalized best in class HR process
- Assist the People team in preparation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) change and implementation of new People systems such as Applicant Tracking, HR Information, and Learning Management Systems
- Coordinate administration tasks for all aspects of the employee life cycle for both UK and EU People Directors
- Drive data accuracy and consistency to ensure the business is able to make clear data lead decisions
- Help transform the current company systems and processes to efficient, consistent, and streamlined
- Digitalise companywide processes that increase accountability, accuracy and efficiency
- Assist the Head of People Systems in maintaining up to date and accurate data in the People System, including the document management
- Design end to end HR Administrative processes and map guidance for the business ensuring segregation of duties and reduction of risk impact
Requirements…
- Good communication skills both orally and written with the ability to produce high quality and effective documentation/reports on complex issues, sometimes at short notice
- Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality work product, and well organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player to participate and support the needs of the entire team
- Willing to learn new systems, concepts, and methods as industry & initiatives dictate
- Experience in HRIS implementation
