Reports to: Europe Time-Zone Partner
Contract: Internship, Full Time
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient day to day running and continuous improvement of our Core People Solution, Workday, but also to assist in facilitating the adoption and experience around other common initiatives and processes for the Europe Region (Digital Adoption Solution, Annual Compensation Review and Data Quality).
You will ensure that our Core HR and Compensation modules are consistently aligned with global guiding principles and assist our stakeholders in updating and maintaining their data in the most efficient way possible.
The incumbent will be recognised as a “starter/finisher” and someone who is able to proactively identify risk, raise issues and collaborate with the wider People Solutions team and/or business to test solutions and resolve problems, thereby contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and an enhanced user experience.
- Partner closely with our Regional and Global Organisation & People stakeholders (People Development, Reward) and Finance to identify opportunities for business process improvement through better leverage or enhancement of existing modules, while ensuring data accuracy and onboarding
- Raise any risks, potential issues and improvement ideas to the Head of Core People Solutions regarding our Core HR and Compensation functionalities, data risks and operational use
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday by implementing best practices and one-pagers creation
- Support our Organisation & People community with the cleaning of information / data within the solution
- Assist with testing regarding new updates to configuration, features and enhancements in Workday prior to when they are moved to the live tenant environment
- Provide training and ongoing support to the Organisation & People teams in all aspects of the processes and systems
- Work with the wider IT and Data teams to identify Data Quality issues and support remediation activity

- Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills, with good attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Ability to build rapport, persuade and influence others
- Previous Workday or any other HR system experience would be a plus
