About the role and the team
We are recruiting for a keen People Services (HR) Administrator to join the People and Organisational Development service at Depaul UK. You will be appointed to work within the team as a full-time (37.5 hours), permanent employee.
We are a busy, creative and pragmatic People department who are deeply committed to ensuring Depaul UK provides a supportive and effective employee journey. Your role will work alongside the Recruitment and L&D Administrators liaising about new starters, producing relevant People Management (PM) reports and assisting the team to offer a quality people centred service to Depaul UK employees and Locum Workers.
As the People Services (HR) Administrator, you will be passionate about the rights of young people in the UK. In this diverse role you will provide ample opportunity to support on a variety of People and Organisational Development (POD) projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of the POD and wider organisational services.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK, as well as:
- Previous experience of working in a People Services / HR is desirable
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Demonstrable planning and organising skills
- The ability to challenge respectfully and accept challenge from others
- Adherence to data protection and confidentiality policies
- Experience of using Word, Excel, Internet research and databases
- Use of logical processes for solving problems and making decisions
- The ability to work under own initiative, under pressure and be professional at all times
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Promoting of equality and diversity, upholding the rights of service users, staff and volunteers
- High level understanding of professional boundaries and ability to maintain boundaries
