What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional administration support to the People Services Team, predominantly focusing on the employment lifecycle processes of our staff.
This is a critical role within a small, high performing team who take pride in role modelling North Stars culture.
Much of the job is system driven so it’s essential that the successful candidate can manage data, produce reports and ensure that the interface with payroll is accurate.
You will be confident, highly organised with a keen eye for detail. You will have energy, be personable and enjoy working at pace. You will be proactive in your approach and can demonstrate where you have made a difference. There are no two days the same therefore the ability to multitask is a given.
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar environment.
