Are you experienced in supporting a fast-paced People Services team with day-to-day employee life cycle administration? If so, then this newly created role could be just right for you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fulfilling role that plays an important part in the smooth operation of our services
Offered on a 36.25 hours per week permanent basis this is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with occasional travel for meetings in our region (Midlands, East of England) or attending one of our offices (Boston, Rushden, or Walsall).
You will act as the first point of contact for all People Services related queries, providing an outstanding level of customer service and advice to a Group of 1300 employees who are committed to improving the lives of their customers. You’ll work as part of a large People Services department and assist in the delivery of our People Services strategy.
This role will require excellent communication and organisational skills and experience of providing administrative support. You will benefit from delivering in a highly varied role, adding value to our People Services function. Included within this will be:
- Providing right first time HR administration support to all customers
- Maintaining accurate employee records including electronic files and HR databases
- Carrying out pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance in line with Group policy and legislative requirements
- Providing support to the wider People Services team with the administration and processing of starters and leavers, change of terms and all associated end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Ideally, you will be a confident communicator, with administrative experience in a fast-paced customer service focussed environment. This role will be an integral part of our established but developing People Services function and will provide an exciting and challenging role for someone who wants to develop a career within HR by joining a fantastic team in a fast moving, progressive organisation.
