This is a home based role. Requires regular commute to London, applicants must live with easy reach of London.

About your role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to support our People team, to provide the governance and leadership across a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives as we redesign and rebuild our organisation through improvements to our employee experience.
Through effective programme leadership you will provide the governance and structure needed to oversee each project and initiative, using a range of tools including issue logs, risk registers and engagement plans, to ensure alignment across initiatives, and delivery, on time and within budget.
Working closely with a range of teams across the Charity, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels and also act as mentor within the People Team, ensuring a thorough understanding of all programmes and a sharing of experiences in the process.

- HR technology projects.
- People Strategy and planning.
- Employee Value Proposition.
- Investors in People.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Staff forums.
- Legislative review and compliance.
About you
As an experienced Programme Manager within a People environment you will need to demonstrate good governance, development and application of programme tools and approach oversight which drives the successful implementation and delivery through colleagues and partners across a range of People projects.
Well organised and able to work on your own initiative, you will be able to deliver well-constructed implementation plans, tracking all stages, assessing progress and working to shifting proprieties. Experience in working across multiple projects is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
