Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role


We're excited to be looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as a People Product Manager in our People Services department.


The People Services department is a key function at NCFE where people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a team of approximately 20 professionals, providing a proactive and effective service to our workforce circa 720 colleagues. We’re keen to innovate and enable the organisation to be a brilliant employer, supporting our leadership and management capability and embedding a truly colleague centric culture. As a People Product Manager, your responsiblities will include:
  • Managing the full lifecycle from discovery to implementation of several people products.
  • Driving continuous improvement of our people products, analysing and seeking insight into performance against KPIs and business benefits.
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate people product solutions.
  • Keeping up to date with key trends and developments for innovative and creative solutions which meet our people vision and strategy.
  • Analysing future workforce trends and providing insight around people analytics to influence stakeholders and make recommendations for change.

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office once a month.
