We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Graduate/Assistant to join our busy and passionate People & performance team.

This newly created role will cover 3 aspects:
Providing administration support
- Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter forms
- Supporting our on-boarding process
- Preparing paperwork for changes
- Ensuring end-to-end process for leavers
- Maintaining accurate people-related data and updating HR system
- Running monthly HR reports
- Making input into the monthly payroll
