Job description
Reporting into the Senior People Partner for Field Operations, you'll own the delivery of the People Plan in the field. Working in partnership with the Head of Operations & Regional Operations Managers as well as in close collaboration with your counterpart in the North of the UK, you'll drive proactive workforce planning.
This is a field based role covering the south of the UK from south of Stoke on Trent downwards, including Wales, South West, London and the South East.
Focusing on relevant people KPI's across a number of area's, including capability, talent, qualifications, sickness, attrition, ER and engagement, you'll manage essential and effective relationships with SME's across the People team and Support Centre functions.
From providing commercially sound professional advice and support to your stakeholders through to supporting with the identification, formulation and implementation of policy and process opportunities and being the People lead on other business projects.
Main Responsibilities- The first point of contact for field operations leadership and is focused on spending time out in the field.
- Leads the delivery of the People Plan in the field.
- Develops and owns a comprehensive workforce plan across field operations
- Delivers operational objectives and KPI's, supporting the customer, people, commercial and operational agendas
- Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively designs pragmatic solutions
- Actively champions & lands transformational change, ensuring successful implementation & delivery of business benefits
- Influences, engages and motivates field teams to land change successfully
- Coaches field teams to deliver executional excellence in people processes in pharmacies
- Builds strong internal relationships to influence and align functional activity to the operational plan
- Builds and maintains excellent professional (HR) insight and takes steps to capitalise on opportunities
- Ensures that compliance is delivered consistently and to a high standard
- Delivers an outstanding customer experience
- Supports key business and operational projects to ensure delivery of required benefits and effective transition to BAU
