The role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and versatile People Partner to join our team!

In order to facilitate this our People team are experts in building processes, programs and exciting opportunities for our colleagues to shine. As a People Partner, you’ll spend the bulk of your focus on ensuring that we have the best possible development, learning and progression opportunities and that our managers are equipped and confident to develop their teams.
What you’ll do
Work closely with managers and our leadership team to execute the vision for People Operations at Sensat.
Implement and execute on our key People initiatives such as Review Cycles, Progression, Performance Management and Learning & Development in order to increase our capability and grow future leaders.
Be an ambassador of our continually evolving culture that fosters collaboration, transparency and purpose.
Coach and advise managers across Sensat to help them get the best from their teams.
Help to further embed our ways of working to ensure that Sensat is seen as an employer of choice, and admired across the industry as an outstanding place to work.
What you’ll bring
Experience in a People / HR function in a start-up or technology focussed business would be hugely beneficial.
A proven track record of designing and delivering key People initiatives and process improvements.
A data-driven, structured approach to problem-solving, people development and growth, training and facilitation.
A desire to collaborate, contribute and engage to consistently add value and impact.
The flexibility to be adaptable to changing and challenging situations.
