The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. This role will require some travel, as you’ll be working closely with our stores.
Salary range - £50,200 - £77,100
Contract type - This position is a permanent
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Drive and develop the people priorities for your business area, in partnership with leaders and the wider people function, enabling delivery of the Partnership Plan and business strategy.
Be laser like in your prioritisation of work and deliverables, all in service of our total business outcomes and to deliver maximum strategic value.
Coach and challenge leaders, individually and collectively, to support their development as role models of the Partnership’s desired leadership practices and behaviours.
Collaborate with the central people teams to provide the support, direction and expertise required to make a meaningful impact to your business area
To work with leadership teams create the conditions where all Partners can thrive
Essential skills you’ll need
You’ll be brilliant at joining the dots
You’re comfortable with ambiguity, able to be pragmatic and outcome orientated
Previous HR Business Partnering experience is important to be able to get going quickly in role
Previous experience working through complex organisations and organisational change
Previous experience of influencing at Director level
