Grove Learning Trust is recruiting a People & HR Lead. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated People & HR professional to join the HR team.
This role will be the operational lead for the People & HR function, ensuring this is an effective, efficient, professional and cohesive service across the trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to lead our centralised people & HR team.
The role will involve managing the operational aspects of the People & HR function, driving processes and people management strategies, to provide a first-class, cohesive, professional service to all stakeholders.
We are ideally looking for someone who is at least level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards, with the willingness to learn and grow. We are looking to find a colleague who has high aspirations for themselves and others.
