Our studio is situated in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series S/X
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and arranging key events, assisting with onboarding our people which drives engagement and motivation. You will ensure the smooth running of the office, maintain compliance and legal requirements, ensure the office is always well presented and stocked with what is required, with the aim of making our workplace a productive environment.
This role will be purely office based in our Chatham Studio, we will consider flexibility on this role.

- Managing reception and day to day facilities within the office.
- Manage the supply of stationery, swag, office stock and pantry items.
- Organising staff/visitor travel and accommodation, including hotel bookings & flights/trains.
- Maintaining petty cash and team ordering.
- Overseeing building & safety maintenance.
- Ensure fire drills run smoothly.
- Responsible for managing relevant contracts such as cleaning, security, maintenance (Zip taps, plants, furniture).
- Oversee the budget for facilities including budget forecast, monthly tracking, purchasing and weekly credit card reconciliation.
- Manage the Enquiries mailbox including responding to emails, forwarding onto relevant people and departments.
- Support the organisation of in office events for example in person company meetings, workshops, training and events.
- Manage the organisational CSR activities ensuring a clear process and involvement by our people to drive UK based volunteering opportunities within the communities.
- Organise and support the running of the Exec Meet & Greets for new joiners.
- Support the induction and onboarding process for new joiners including but not limited to new starter introduction slides and new joiner buddy system.
- Coordinate the employee spotlight on initiative.
- Manage the new starter & leaver process.
- General administrative support to the People Team.
- Previous reception/front of house experience.
- Strong administration & organisational skills.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Communicating to suppliers.
- IT literate including all MS Office applications.
- Strong time management.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Confident, with excellent people skills at all levels.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Reliable, flexible and friendly.
