The opportunity
We are looking for a People Experience Administrator to join our People & Talent team. Reporting to the Head of People Experience & Performance you will have primary responsibility for the efficient running of our global payroll administration for our global workforce of approx. 350 staff. You will also be tasked with supporting day-to-day operations to ensure all our Teamworkers have the best experience of work with us.
We are a remote-friendly team, and this will be a remote working opportunity, based anywhere on the island of Ireland.

  • Primarily responsible for ensuring the effective and timely processing of our global payroll in accordance with country local requirements, and with company-wide & locally specific benefits, entitlements, leaves, policies.
  • Collation & data input of payroll information from internal sources and regular communication to all our external payroll providers in line with strict deadlines.
  • Validation of payroll via reconciliation of reports from payroll providers with internal sourced data, in particular gross to net reports understanding.
  • Month end payroll activities & reviews as required.
  • Ensure that all Tax, Charges & Social Security payments and any other miscellaneous statutory payments or deductions are processed within each country's deadlines.
  • New hire administration & payroll process, with the creation of employee profiles on internal systems (Personio), gathering of new hire documentation and completion of pre-employment screenings.
  • To contribute and take ownership of HR projects, including policy reviews, maintain the employee handbook, document and form reviews.
  • To provide administration support for employee’s requiring assistance in the completion of social welfare documents, visa/passport applications etc.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required as well as daily file management and organisation.
  • Assist in providing reports to senior management on absenteeism, talent, leave accrual and employee relations issues.
  • Collaboration and communication with cross functional departments is essential especially within the People & Talent team itself, as well as the Finance team.

What good looks like

  • Knowledge and expertise of operating payroll processes in a multi-country/ multi-currency corporate environment and using different payroll input & processing systems
  • Experience working within a HR/People team in an administrative role, involving data input, process delivery, efficiency, automation and deadline adherence
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding payroll needs of a globally distributed workforce
  • Must have demonstrable knowledge of European employment law
  • You have good digital skills, specifically Google WorkSpace and Microsoft Office experience, notably Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
  • A proven collaborative approach and passionate about doing good work
  • An efficient administrator and process improvement driver
  • Enjoys seizing opportunities to bring to the team for improvements & excellence.
