This is an exciting new opportunity to support the People directorate within Sense to analyse existing data to understand the ‘why’ behind key trends.
As well as a data deep dive, this role will help create and set key KPI’s to support the teams to deliver timely and effective work and enabling data-based decisions. This role will require collaboration with key stakeholders and multiple systems to gather the required data.
This is a permanent, full time, hybrid working role with 2/3 days in the office in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
Creation of People reports using Business Objects and PowerBi.
Be responsible for accuracy of People data and have the ability to interrogate anomalies within prebuilt reports.
Providing reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation for People Directorate, and working with data sets across a range of sources.
Working with IT to streamline / automate reports where possible using the latest technology.
Drive through People information to generate insights that support the teams to make data-based decision making.
About you
Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of iTrent / Business Objects
Previous experience analysing data in a People team setting.
Proven analytical skills using, Power BI and advanced level of Excel.
Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.
Excellent level of IT literacy.
