People Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
Location: Lincolnshire
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our People Team providing key administrative, information and analytical support. This is a key role helping to deliver the People Management Information.
We are looking for someone who haves experience of working within a HR department and working with a broad range of people data. The post-holder will also contribute to the delivery of key surveys and provision of people data for key activities, such as pay review processes, external surveys, insurance tender processes.
About you:
Other skills and experience required include:
- Maintain a schedule of People reporting and help develop our analytics capability by developing existing reports and proposing changes and improvements.
- Extract people data from information data sets and bespoke systems and disseminate via new or established spread sheets, databases and reports.
- Analyse relevant data and provide support as required for key initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, diversity and inclusion and reward projects.
- Ensure that data is in a format that is easily interpreted by stakeholders and that the People team has a good understanding of the relevant data and format.
- Provide support on data management and reporting in any new systems that are introduced, and continually review the effectiveness of the management of this data and reporting functionality.
- Work with the wider People team to ensure the integrity of the People data (HR, Recruitment, L&D and Reward) and synchronise across various data points and resources to ensure that all data sets are one version of the truth.
- Provide data management insights from engagement surveys, including onboarding and exit questionnaires.
