We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to bolster our small existing UK team to accelerate the delivery of our Global People & Culture Strategy.
The role will involve:
- Consulting with our business leaders and management teams to foster and promote the engagement of our core values at all levels
- Implementing and delivering on culture, diversity and inclusion programmes
- Implementing leadership programmes with a strong focus on improving the capability of our leadership to drive improved performance through people
- Managing the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities covering multiple areas of HR
- Implementing, managing and monitoring People & Culture policy, workplace Health and Safety activities in line with legislative and organisational requirements
- Delivering People & Culture project outcomes such as improving our onboarding & offboarding, leadership, learning & development, career pathways, strategic workforce capability and planning (SWP), organisational design, Workplace Health and Safety, performance management, analytics and reporting
- Supporting Recruitment Activity – ensuring all websites are up to date with all current vacancies and liaising with recruitment partners to ensure we attract exceptional people
- Adopting a continuous improvement approach combined with HR best practice for all aspects of P&C delivery, policy and process
- Provision of monthly reporting and analysis on turnover, headcount, diversity, and other ad hoc requirements
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have previous experience as a Senior HR Business Partner (together with CIPD Level 5) or similar role with great ideas about how we can continue to improve our great culture and build towards world class levels of employee engagement.
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building effective, collaborative stakeholder relationships, along with the ability to successfully implement and manage change. You will also enjoy building and influencing people to ensure a highly engaged organisational culture that values quality, trust and reliability.
