People Coordinator - Temp to Perm (Initial 6 month contract) - London - Hybrid

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic People Coordinator who is aspiring to grow a career in HR / People Operations to join our team in London.
You will be a valued member of the People team, working closely with the People Business Partner, supporting when required to ensure we deliver a first-class service to the business.
To be successful you will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills and be adaptable to new ways of working. This is a great opportunity for someone who is at the beginning of their career, has had some experience and is ready to progress their career by taking their next step and getting involved more in the day to day.
About you

Responsibilities
- Complete the admin across all stages of the employee lifecycle for a client base of approx. 150 people
- Produce offers letters, contracts of employment, welcome packs
- Support with onboarding of new starters by carrying our reference checks
- Supporting the HRBP with admin tasks.
- Maintaining and updating HR records on HRIS (we use BambooHR).
- Complete regular audits to ensure compliance.
- To support the administration and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Completing ad hoc tasks within the People Team.
- Work in collaboration with the People team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the HR function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree is desirable
- Ideally working towards CIPD qualification
- Progressive experience of 1+ years in an HR admin/assistant role

Proposed hours
- Full time - 37.5 hours a week, with at least 3 days based at our London office, ideally 4.
