About the role
Our HR Business Partners work closely with Senior Business Leaders to provide guidance and counsel to enhance organisation performance, delivering local people plans to achieve our business objectives
Collaborating with senior leaders you'll provide support, coaching and challenge to deliver actions that will drive improved organisational performance, including the development of their own leadership capabilities.
You'll use data driven insight to review business and people performance, adding constructive tension into the organisation to ensure the three priorities of customer, shareholder and colleague are effectively balanced.
With a constantly evolving landscape in aviation, you'll ensure our organisational design is optimised and spot opportunities to transform the way we work. Courageous and adaptable in approach, you'll seek to drive step changes in performance by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
As an HRBP you'll collaborate with many other the HR Operations team and centres of expertise to ensure a seamless service is provided by the People directorate. Accountable for the delivery of the HR foundation and lifecycle events throughout the calendar year.
About you
- Experience of HR business partnering in a complex and matrixed business
- Change Management (preferred)
- CIPD (preferred)
