Job Purpose:
To support the People team with administration and query handling across a wide variety of topics. To lead on system administration and query resolution. To work proactively to deliver an efficient, first-class service to our teams and stakeholders, with our colleagues always at the heart of what we do.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide timely, accurate and helpful responses to all users and stakeholders of the People Services team, ensuring a first-class service is delivered
- Take a lead on systems related queries, owning and resolving these to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Carry out necessary systems admin and look for efficiencies and improvements to systems related processes
- Act as an SME on our people system myHUB regarding system admins
- Triage any complex queries through to the correct channels
- Provide first-line support to colleagues and external parties on other non-system related queries into the People Services team, via phone and email
- Administer colleague and SOx processes accurately and to deadlines
- Support with ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation throughout our people processes
- Support with management information requests and report data where required, to enable team visibility of key people metrics
- Ensure team SLAs and KPIs are met
- Support the wider People team on ad-hoc activities and projectsclass service to our teams and stakeholders, with our colleagues always at the heart of what we do.
Key Skills:
- Passionate about delivering a first-class service
- Excellent organiser with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and engage at a variety of levels internally and externally
- A real team player with a proactive and can-do approach
- Experience working with people/HR systems is essential, ideally at a superuser level
- Knowledge of employee relations and relevant legislation
- Previous experience within a HR/People Assistant role and/or working knowledge of HR/people processes and procedures
