The Apprenticeship Programme
Our Apprenticeship programme is for 19 months with the opportunity to remain as a permanent employee based on your performance. The Apprenticeship programme is an opportunity to get hands on experience of Human Resources and gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
Apprenticeship Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the People and Development team to create a brilliant place to work:
With the support of your team, you’ll:
- Ensure the office runs smoothly, being first point of contact for all of our deliveries, visitors and contractors
- Procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, snacks, coffee etc
- Conduct regular checks in the office to ensure the office is maintained to the right standards
- Make sure all our benefits are managed effectively from organising our high performers lunch to our long service awards and making sure all benefit administration is up to date
- Point of contact for benefit vendors and administrators
- People administration, ensuring all our people data is compliant in line with GDPR, ensuring that we have up to date and accurate workforce data
- Organising all monthly Agency lunches
- Organising our regular people meetings
- Supporting the CEO and COO with people events including our all hands sessions, training and admin processes
- Assisting with our agency events i.e. employee recognition events
- Being a part of our
- Ensuring training is organised, lunches provided and the relevant information is sent out following training
- Ensuring Tuesday training is in diaries, presenters are available, sessions are recorded and uploaded to the people system following the training
- Support with people projects as required
- Supporting with recruitment when needed
- Supporting our health and safety requirements
- Training and communication sessions
You will have:
- Attention to detail: We need someone who will ensure that everything that is sent from the People team is accurate and free from errors
- Organisational Skills: You’ll be confident in managing competing priorities and the needs of different stakeholders across the business
- Initiative and Enthusiasm: We need somebody who can take the initiative and get things done
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and provide updates on key tasks
The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 45 minute Googlemeets interview to find out more about how your skills fit against the role competencies and your experiences. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions to ensure we’re the right fit for you.
If successful we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. You’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
