Due to an exciting period of growth and change in our HR department we are currently recruiting for a part time People Coordinator to work within our busy and dynamic HR team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR, the ideal candidate will be agile of thought and enjoy working in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is able to multi task efficiently and thrives in a fast paced environment. If you are able to prioritise your workload, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are highly organised, this could be the role for you.


You will work closely with the recruitment team to support them with their administration needs. This role is for 22.5 hours per week.


Fieldbay provide high-quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntington's disease.

As a Carer/Driver you will provide support and transport for Service Users with mental health and physical needs. You will also assist with everything from ensuring the minibus meets required standards to accompanying our Service Users on trips out to various points of interest and appointments.
