Motor Insurance Researcher
Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
Salary - Circa £26500 Depending on Experience plus Generous Benefits
Hybrid of Office Based/ Remote – Circa 3 days in the office
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Commutable from Thame, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Tring, Bicester, Abingdon, Oxford, Milton Keynes etc.

The Role & Previous Experience Required:
They currently have a fantastic opportunity available for someone to join their team of specialist Researchers – covering Motor Insurance.
The role primarily involves;
- Researching information about motor insurance products in the marketplace – using the internet, industry press, and documentation from insurance companies and underwriters
- Understanding and interpreting product information, identifying differences from currently held data and updating the database with new information
- Building effective relationships with insurance companies and underwriters to facilitate the acquisition of accurate and up-to-date information
- Conducting research to support the work of the Insight & Consulting team in delivering publications, ratings and consultancy
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Previous experience within the motor or pet insurance industry (with good knowledge of add-ons)
- Good verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner and the ability to persuade others
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to interpret information and to think analytically
- Be a proactive team player with an inquisitive, methodical approach to your work
- Having a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills are critical
Package:
- This role is full time, working on a hybrid Office/ Remote basis, They are happy to talk flexible working and they can offer a unique and interesting role within the financial services industry. The salary for this role is £26.5k, dependent upon the skills, knowledge and experience you can bring to the role.
