People and Culture CoordinatorNobu Hotel London Portman Square 22 Portman Square, London (West), London, W1H 7BG SHARE: THE ROLE OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE COORDINATOR As People and Culture Coordinator you will support the People team with different administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: Processing all onboarding and offboarding for employees at the Hotel- e.g. administering system and payroll onboarding for new starters, conducting exit interviews, liaising with other teams to ensure smooth transition of leavers Regularly updating and maintaining accurate HR records and data on our employee management database, Fourth Hospitality Conducting right to work checks and ensuring ongoing compliance for current Hotel employees Being the first point of contact for any internal queries related to the People and Culture team Providing proactive and efficient administrative support across all People and Culture processes and projects such as prepating probation letters, promotion letters, revised s, maintaining maternity/paternity leave data Supporting the Director of People and Culture and the People and Culture Manager with any ER issues and ensuring all case details are recorded and logged accordingly Being involved with the Social and Wellness committee and assist with the planning and implementation of initiatives including two annual colleague parties Issuing and preparing birthday cards for team members Assisting with adhoc tasks to support the People team and Executive team Collating information for Colleague of the Month and Manager of the Quarter Being able to handle confidential information securely Being an ambassador for the Hotel Building strong working relationships at all levels and be a real team player Acting as a proactive and self-motivated member of the team Having an interest in developing a career within Human Resources in a hospitality environment Having excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Performing any other role as required EXPERIENCE Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality would be beneficial but not essential, training will be provided Excellent written and spoken English Strong IT skills including the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook BENEFITS OF JOINING OUR TEAM 2 Hotel-wide social events a year including Employee Awards night Discounted overnight stays across Nobu properties worldwide Discounted Gym Membership via the app Hussle Discounted Pilates classes and Wellness treatments Discounts off all food and beverage Opportunities to progress within our hotel and the wider portfolio Access to a suite of innovative and varied learning and project opportunities Exciting wellness and volunteering opportunities Mental Health First Aiders within the team and Hotel Up to 33 holiday days through length of service Life Assurance Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Free meals whilst on duty Nobu Hotel London Portman Square 22 Portman Square, London (West), London, W1H 7BG Job RefNOB2023 BranchNobu Hotel London Portman Square LocationLondon (West) Salary/BenefitsCompetitive Salary type HoursFull Time Hours per week40 Date posted13/07/2023 Closing date13/08/2023 Nobu Hotels effortlessly blends modern luxury and minimal Japanese tradition into the concept of a lifestyle hotel.
