As a team, we are seen as responsive, knowledgeable and solution focused. We are looking for someone ready to progress into a People Adviser role or someone with previous People Adviser experience who wants to build on their knowledge working for a large employer.
In this role you will provide support to line managers with case work, support hiring managers to interview and select new team members and work to support Business Partners to build our people management capability across the business.
As your experience develops, you will work to support the People Business Partners in the management of more complex casework.
As part of this development opportunity, you will be supported to complete the Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner – Higher Apprenticeship (one day per week). Further information on the apprenticeship can be found here. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to progress to a Senior People Adviser role, with a salary range of £28,262 - £30,346 per annum.
