What you´ll get to do
As a Penhaligon’s Account Manager, you will be introducing our iconic fragrances and matching Customers with their scented soulmates! You’ll also be overseeing the running of the site, actively seeking new sales opportunities, developing our Fragrance Consultants and above all, delivering exceptional customer service.
Profit and Sales Generation:
- Meet sales goals and set business strategies
- Set individuals sales goals for Fragrance Consultants and demonstrate leadership
- Support the development of the Fragrance Consultants skills
Customer Service
- Empower all Fragrance Consultants to provide the highest level of customer service
- Build and manage the stores client database, utilising to increase sales and customer contact
- Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events etc
Operations:
- Ensure correct staffing levels
- Look after areas of risk management
- Deliver relevant team training, i.e., POS systems
- Conduct stock inventories
- Understand and execute cash control procedures
Merchandising/Visual:
- Execute merchandising directives and strategies
- Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store
- Ensure the selling floor is reflective of current visual direction
Human Resources
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure all vacancies are filled
- Work with the Education team to deliver all training programmes and incentives
- Evaluate the performance of the Fragrance Consultants
- Partner with HR to resolve human resources issues
