RJP Recruitment are currently looking for PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR for a Large Auto Broker based within Willesden, London borough of Brent.
This positions starts ASAP on a 3-month Temporary Contract which will become PERMANENT from the 13th week onwards.
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm OR 9am – 6pm (Flexible)
RATE OF PAY:
- £16 - £19 per hour (Temp Rate)
- £35 - £40k (Perm Salary)

DUTIES:
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll Software
- Processing a payroll for 500+ members of staff
- Pension scheme administration
- Managing the Attachment to earnings
- Once payroll has been processed, assist the HR team with other administration duties.
- Pulling reports and cross-checking this with the hours that have been submitted to flag errors
- Previous experience processing end-to-end end payroll for a large company on a weekly/ monthly basis

- High levels of accuracy with close attention to detail.

- Ability to work on their own initiative and to prioritise tasks, handle pressure and work to tight deadlines.
