Overview
Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, SAP Payroll, Success Factors – basic salary up to £55k dependant on experience. Immediate Start. Hybrid work pattern available if required.

As the Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, SAP Payroll expert you will be responsible for ensuring the employees across all group companies, receive an accurate monthly payroll and the correct rewards and benefits.
Payroll process support
- Support the HR team in the delivery of an accurate monthly payroll for all parts of the business.
- Collating monthly payroll changes and liaising with vendors.
- Support with the monthly payroll Finance reporting
- Assistance with statutory year end reporting
- Collation of monthly attendance planners and process accordingly, escalating trends to our Occupational Health team
- Responding to employee pay and salary related queries
- Take an active role in supporting the HR team with the improvement of the current payroll processes, making recommendations for enhancements and efficiency gains in the operation of the payroll
- Provide support with the annual benefit renewals process
- Support the day-to-day administration of core benefits and leave processes
- Administer the pension auto enrolment process for new employees
- Administer all Company benefits programmes
- Respond to employee benefit related queries
- Support the HR team with the annual Salary Review and Bonus Review processes
- Support the HR team with the annual Gender pay Gap Reporting processes
- Support the HR team with monthly, annual and adhoc data reporting
- Have prior experience of using SAP payroll system and good level of competence
- Have high levels of planning, organization, and prioritization
- Be highly numerate with a strong attention to detail
- Have experience in understanding or processing payroll
- Have experience in understanding or processing employee benefits including Pension auto-enrolment
- Have advanced Excel skills
- Be adaptable and resilient
