PART TIME PAYROLL ADMIN
Are you a payroll Assistant looking for a temporary role that offers flexibility and a great working environment? Look no further!
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a payroll admin clerk.
As a payroll assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Work Closely with Financial Director
- Ad hoc admin
- Adding new starters and removing leavers
- Processing 3 payroll cycles for 85 staff members (weekly & monthly hourly rate and salary rate)
- Data entry & inputting
- Processing p45's, p60's, p11d's
- System management
You will be working in the Alfreton office for 2 days a week, with a total of 12 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has a passion for payroll. You should have previous experience in processing payroll for a large number of employees. Having previous experience using SAGE if possible, and Microsoft Excel is a plus, if not training is provided.
