We are delighted to be working with one of our valued clients, who are looking to add to their existing team. Recruiting for an experienced payroll administrator.Experienced in the day-to-day payroll function,being the first point of contact for all payroll enquiries and queries.
As Payroll Administrator you will have key attention to detail and accuracy with all payroll administration, ensuring the smooth running of the payroll department utilising accessible information.This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who has previous payroll experience who are looking to enhance their knowledge & skillets within a fast-paced expanding business
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, processing & administration of monthly payroll
- Offer first line payroll support for employees and line managers
- Complying with contractual and statutory obligations including
- New starters,Leavers,
- Pension transfers amendments
- Payroll Payments - Court Orders, SSP,Maternity
- Administration and management of the time and attendance system
- Review of approved hours to ensure accuracy of payment
- Staff adjustments in time keeping system
- Check and cross referencing of payslips, reports at payroll validation
Candidate Requirements
- 1 years payroll experience minimum
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
