About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain payroll skills and experience within one of regions fastest growing payroll bureaus.
You might be a graduate who is looking for their first role from University or alternatively may have worked within a finance environment and are now looking to specialise in Payroll.
Our payroll bureaus provide an outsourced payroll service to a wide range of businesses ranging from academy schools through to manufacturers. Within this role you will be trained and then be responsible for running our client payrolls from end to end. This position will be fast-paced and you will need to be comfortable working under pressure at times throughout the moth.
This role will enable you to take full advantage of the hybrid working that we offer to all of our people. Whether you’re working from the office, from home or from a client site, we support our people to achieve the right balance of flexibility in line with delivering excellent client service.
It won’t all be about work – this position will give you the opportunity to study payroll qualifications as well as the opportunity to get involved in our CSR and Business Development activities, all of which will combine to aid your overall career development.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Regularly liaising with our clients to ensure that you have all the information required to run their payrolls
- Processing tax and allowances
- Providing a pensions auto enrolment service
- Dealing with payroll and bank credits
About You
To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
- Previous administration experience – ideally you will have some experience of working within a payroll/finance related environment
- Good IT skills and be able to confidently use Microsoft office and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced working environment
