Payroll Officer - Central Corporate Office
We’re currently seeking a hyper-reliable, laser-focused and instantly trustworthy payroll specialist to keep our people very happy. Reporting to Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager our Payroll Officer will prepare regular payroll reports facilitate the admin of our pension scheme, process our monthly Corporate payroll and stay in-the-know on all applicable regulations.
Key responsibility for Payroll Officer:
- Assist the Payroll Manager with the maintenance of payroll and pension records and to provide related financial reports for the hotel
- Assist with the month end process and ensure all work is completed on time with all relevant accounts reconciled
- Ensure accuracy with the input of data into the payroll system
- Build a strong relationship with our HR Departments and to ensure the accuracy of input relating to salary history and employee personal information
- Ensure effective controls are in place over payroll processes

- A good understanding of payroll/HR/T&A operating systems
- Good analytical skills
- Previous experience within Accounts/Finance/HR
