Payroll Administrator
Up to £12phr
Monday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing data into payroll software platform
- Processing of time and attendance exceptions
- Liaising with our payroll team to ensure the data received is right first time
- Process statutory claims i.e. SMP, SSP and SPP
- Carry out all daily, weekly reconciliations
- Resolving employee queries via email, face to face and over the phone
- Calculating holidays and uploading on to payroll system
- Supporting with pension enrolments
- Preparing reports and KPI’s for HR team
- Uploading new starters on to payroll/HR system
- Managing, uploading and making changes to HR system
- Carrying out any additional administration tasks required from HR department
Skills Required:
- Previous payroll background (ideal)
- A keen eye for detail
- Enjoy working within a team
- Strong basic maths skills
- Excellent communicator as you will be answering queries verbally and via email
- Confident with Excel and various payroll software
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
