The Hurley Group is an NHS organisation that runs GP practices, Urgent Care Centres and support for the Practitioners Health Program. We have been providing patient-centred care since 1969; working within some of the UK’s most deprived communities.
An opportunity has risen within our finance department; the successful candidate will be working in a small but busy finance team. We are looking to recruit a part-time Payroll Administrator covering a member of the team who is going on maternity leave.
The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate:
Essential Criteria
- Able to work own initiative and to strict deadlines.
- MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills.?
- General understanding of administration duties
Desirable Criteria
- Payroll experience is preferred but if you have accounting experience we would be willing to train
- Experience of using SAGE account software
- NHS Pension administration knowledge
- Accounts administration
Our posts are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check for any previous criminal convictions.
