Function: Change Payments & Procurement
Location: Hybrid working/ London
Salary: Competitive - from £42,800 (National) £50,300 (London) plus excellent benefits

How you’ll make a difference
We’re looking for a Payments Manager who is customer centric and passionate about understanding and improving the customer journey across all our payments channels (mobile, web digital, branch & telephony). You’ll work closely and interact frequently with all areas of the business, so you’ll need to be confident in your knowledge of payments as well as willing to learn about all the new payments related activity on the horizon. As we’ll be transitioning to an agile working environment, it would be advantageous if you have previous experience or an understanding of agile ways of working.
What you’ll bring
A sound knowledge of UK and International Payments services both operationally and technically.
A curiosity about the wider Payments Industry and have an understanding about how regulation and future changes might impact us and our customers.
An ability to manage your own workload in an agile manner and understand time critical priorities.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
A solid external network within the Payments industry.
Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels.
