We are currently looking for a Payment Analyst to join the team at Resideo In Motherwell. As a Payment Analyst, you will be analysing financial transactions such as invoices, purchase orders, and customer refunds, ensuring accuracy, identifying any discrepancies and potential issues, and maintaining the efficiency of th processes within the organisation. This role will be working in a Hybrid model Monday to Friday Tuesday and Wednesday from the Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily SLA are met
- Control all vendor 3rd party & Intercompany payment runs
- Payment run reconciliations
- Action any Autojob failures
- Manage all manual payment ticket requests
- Load Manual Payments to the bank and ensure approvals are actioned
- Investigate & action all payment failures
- Set up new Autojobs for new deployments
- Work closely with banking team to ensure any failures are rectified
- Manage all payment mailboxes and queries
- Clear Direct Debit & Proforma Payments
- Internal Key Stakeholder Support
- Driving continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure all SOX key controls are adhered to
- Ensure SOP are reviewed & updated
You must have:
- Minimum 2 years working in Accounts Payable
- Good computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel required
- Good organisation skills with attention to detail
