Job description
To support the Pay and Reward Manager in the delivery of Cabinet Office pay and reward strategy.
- Undertake analysis and develop recommendations on key pay and reward deliverables and projects.
- Facilitate pay and reward cycle integrity and accountability through ensuring all relevant documentation is in place at the start (e.g.project plan, guidance documentation) and that this is effectively delivered e.g. pay reviews.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, managers and leaders to improve their awareness and capability to manage the pay and reward offering.
- Liaise and support key internal stakeholders including HR, Finance and Payroll to ensure the effective delivery of pay and rewards.
- Ensure that all mandatory pay and reward returns are submitted in a timely manner.
- To provide regular feedback on the effectiveness and impact of changes in pay and reward initiatives, particularly on actual and perceived impacts on transactions / workload across the business both from within Cabinet Office and across the Civil Service.
- As a team undertake regular evaluations of the effectiveness of policy, process, guidance and systems and their implementation.
- Produce a measurable and rolling plan to strengthen the pay and reward cycle delivery, implementation and evaluation.
- Continued development of specialist knowledge.
- Deliver ad-hoc projects.
