About The Role
We are looking for a Patient Services Administrator, to join our Patient Services Team on a full-time permanent basis, working remotely. As a Patient Services Administrator, you will be part of a small, highly focused team providing an excellent patient telephone service.
The shift pattern is between 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm with alternate Saturdays.
What you will do:
- Calling patients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our clinics across the country·
- You will use IT systems to link appointments to a patient’s medical file and update our instructing parties with the relevant information
- You will work as part of a team and be target driven to book in patients to fill our clinic spaces.
- You will be responsible for following up your administration tasks
- You will require versatility and attention to detail to meet the demands of our differing instructing parties and contracts.
About you:
- Experience within an outbound call centre; desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Good IT Skills
- A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment
- Conscientious with a meticulous approach to dealing with detail
- Self-starter: ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision
