The CompanyPsychiatry-UK LLP is the leading provider of online mental health services in the United Kingdom, made up of three large chambers of consultant psychiatrists divided by speciality, as well as nurse prescribers and non-clinical support services, assessing and treating 2000+ patients each month within the NHS and private sector across all ages.Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and committed individuals with a positive mental attitude, who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring skills of autonomy and initiative. You will need excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.You will join our busy, Patient Experience team and be available to work 40 hours a week from your secure home office environment. You will be required to attend a number of regular meetings during core business hours. A company laptop is provided.Examples of activity – this list is not exhaustive but primary duties will include:Contact with patients experiencing a problem with PUK to help investigate and resolve concerns and issues.Communicating with other staff about patient feedback.Supporting patients through the formal complaint process.Record-keeping and data entry tasks.Participating in team discussions to identify trends and repeat issues patients are experiencing.Providing mutual peer support to other members of the team as needed when dealing with difficult calls.Provide cover for colleagues when and where necessaryPlan own workload to ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks are metPrioritise workload with consideration to issues arising and responding to shifting priorities appropriatelyActively participate in regular supervision with the line managerParticipate in audits, performance monitoring and meet objectivesCompleting mandatory trainingRequired SkillsSubstantial understanding of neurodiversity and communicating with neurodiverse patients.Self-confidence in making decisions independently.Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communicator with a high degree of literacy,Above-average IT skills and be conversant with Microsoft Office software suite and be readily adaptable to fast-paced changes in service.Broad knowledge of ExcelAbility to remain calm under pressureBe positive and solution-focussedAbility to accurately follow instructions, but also use own initiativeMeticulous attention to detailExcellent time management skills - Prioritise workload with consideration to issues arising and responding to shifting priorities appropriately.Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitaskDeal with requests and queries from senior managersAble to work well in a team but also with autonomyWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.It is essential that you have a reliable, fast internet connection in order to work for Psychiatry-UK.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £24,960.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsFlexitimeHealth & wellbeing programmeSick payWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftFlexitimeMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:GCSE or equivalent (required)Experience:Complaint handling: 1 year (required)mental health services: 2 years (required)Language:English (CEFR level C1 minimum) (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: Remote
