Job Description: Care Worker
Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and asssitance with toileting
- Administer medications and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday £11.00 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday £13.00 per hour
