As a Patient Access Rep or Admitting Representative with Sentara, you will work in the Emergency Department, Patient Registration, or a doctor's office. This position's primary duties include positively identifying the patient, collecting demographic and insurance information, and admitting the patients. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff. If you desire, there are promotional opportunities into a Patient Access Rep II/III, Team Leader, and Team Coordinator.
