Job Title: Primary Care & Patient Access Team Lead
Location: This is a hybrid role based in central London, 2-3 days a week in the office (our offices are on the river!)
Contract Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Specific Deliverables:

Co-innovation and service improvement with partners, consultants, and suppliers.
About you:
Experienced with 3rd Line ITIL Applications Analysis, Product and Services support.
Experience in Meditech finance, billing and accounts receivable, AP Workflow systems is desirable.
Ability to give guidance to less experienced team members on incident and problem resolution.
Change Management.
Experience investigating business situations to define recommendations for continuous improvement
Clinical and business data management, reporting and analytics
Consultant, Service Line Leader, and Vendor Relationship Management
Experienced in software projects
Self-starter and team player
Experience establishing working relationships based on collaboration, trust, and open communication
Assists on call resources as required to provide 3rd level application support
