We have an exceptional role for you, in the position of Patient Access Manager

across various locations around London.

The Patient Access Manager (PAM) reports to the Group Head of Patient Operations and is responsible for the effective leadership, direction, evaluation and administration of the Patient Access functions for their specific HCA UK Hospitals.

The PAM’s role is to lead the management and progressive development of high quality and customer responsive services, to maximise revenue capture and contribute to achieving the Hospital’s Business Plan. This includes active contribution to Revenue Cycle and to the overall management of the Hospital and its business.

The role of Patient Access Manager is directly responsible for all Patient Access services at their facility which has a direct impact on the Patient Access facility revenue. You are also responsible to ensure financial risk is mitigated through effective and efficient Patient Access services alongside being responsible for a facility patient access budget.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;

  • Demonstrative experience of working within a patient access environment (preferably with private healthcare)
  • Exceptional customer service, leadership and stakeholder management skill
  • Highly proficient IT skills to include MS Excel and bespoke patient databases
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and with changing priorities
  • The ability to lead and support a large team
