How Will You Make a Difference?
- Responsible for a wide range of administrative and procedural duties relating to the initial phases of filing patent applications, through the completion of the patent prosecution process, including maintenance of electronic files
- Prepare documents related to various phases of U.S. and Foreign patent prosecution, including
but not limited to; information disclosure statements; formal documents, office action response
shells and notice of allowance due diligence - Maintain and manage a prosecution docket; follow up on items to ensure due dates and
deadlines are met - Meet billable goal as established by practice management
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Paralegal/legal administrative degree/certificate of completion from an ABA (American Bar Association) course of study, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in legal support services preferred
- Excellent time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive, energetic, upbeat, positive attitude

- Our pay range for this position is $37.57-$66.45 per hour
