We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef to join our Pastry team, reporting to the Pastry Executive Head ChefSalary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000 per year, negotiable depending on experienceSupporting the Executive Head Chef in managing a team of 18 Pastry Chefs in producing all of Sketch Pastry items.As a Pastry Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef- Looking at production for Afternoon tea cakes, Parlour individual cakes, Plated dessert in our 3 restaurants including the 3 Michelin Star Lecture Room and Library- Paid Holidays for Pastry Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef automatically increases every year for 5 consecutive years- Birtholiday, get an additional paid day off on your birthdayThe role of a Pastry Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef:The Pastry Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef will be ensuring that all details are up to the required standards.
