Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team. About the role of Pastry Chef de Partie: As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. You will work closely with the Pastry Senior Chef de Partie and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.
